A short but sweet post this evening…
We’re in the period between Christmas and New Year’s where we don’t know what day it is and we’re all kind of feeling rather slobbish right now, right?
So, i’ve put together a torturous glute workout that I put myself through the other day right after the Christmas goodies. Rather than burning off those extra calories i’ve been using it to fuel my workouts and push myself to the extreme! It burnt, it made my legs shake, it made me curse and it made me sweat like hell. So if that sounds like what you need right now, then this workout is right up your street!
For each exercise go heavy and keep your form controlled (you should be struggling on your last rep!).
