Move over my famous snicker bars, brownies, flapjacks… These blondie brownies have just become my new favourite healthy treat. It’s so simple to make, like incredibly simple. Plus, they literally ooze with dark chocolate when you cut straight into them.
These brownies are not only delicious but they’re free from refined sugar and dairy. These brownies would be perfect topped with my favourite guilt free salted caramel ice-cream from Oppo Ice-Cream  – especially when the brownie is still warm and gooey.
Ok, enough mouth watering talk and let’s get to it.
Serves 12Â
Ingredients
4 organic eggs
2 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tsp of cinnamon
175g of peanut butter
120g Groovy food agave nectar
3 tbsp Sukrin coconut flour
2 tsp baking soda
200g of 80% dark chocolate chips.
Method
Preheat oven to 160Â degrees.
In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients apart from the dark chocolate. Mix together until everything is combined.
Add the dark chocolate (leave a couple for the topping – if you wish) and combine throughout the brownie mixture.
Line a baking tray (or use a tin foil baking tray) and evenly pour the mixture in. Top with the rest of the chocolate chips. Put the brownies in the oven and bake for 25 minutes then leave to cool a little. I say a little because these brownies are amazing served warm with the melted chocolate oozing out of them! You simply can’t resist.
Any left over brownies can be kept in an airtight container for 3-4 days but I’ll be amazed if you have any to keep!
Enjoy and let me know if you try these.

Hi Hannah, I dont have agave nectar or coconut flour but I do have date nectar and almond flour! Do you think these would be okay or affect the taste? Thanks
