For me, a HIIT workout is all about the recipe. If you add in the wrong ingredients (exercises) then you’ll end up with a ‘meh’ result. My HIIT workouts are all about using very intense workouts to get your heart rate going and to keep it going. I want it to be quick (duh, it’s cardio!), I want it to be efficient and I want it to leave me sweaty as hell – if you don’t look like a mess when you finish a HIIT workout then you’re doing it wrong!
As usual, if you try my workouts then let me know. Instagram, Twitter, Snapchat – whatever, I love to hear from you guys! And lastly, have a very Merry Christmas. Relax, eat, workout when you want to and enjoy yourself!
