Protein Cookie Dough

Who doesn’t love cookie dough, right?

Especially the raw, sugary good stuff that your mum always tell you stop eating because you’ll get poisoned by the raw eggs. Seriously though, who has ever been ill from eating raw cookie dough?! No-one!

So minus the sugar, I’ve whipped up a replica of everybody’s ultimate favourite: Cookie dough.

Guys, this stuff is like crack. I couldn’t stop eating it! At first you’ll see that I rolled the dough into individual balls but after one accidentally ended up in my mouth I thought ‘screw that’ and piled it high in a bowl, grabbed a spoon and delved in! And i’m not even sorry.

So if that hasn’t convinced you to whip up some mouth watering cookie dough then I don’t know what will.

Ingredients

1 scoop vanilla protein powder (I used MissFits Nutrition)
1 tbsp peanut butter (I use Pip&Nut)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
5 tbsp vanilla almond milk
1 tbsp fruit syrup (I use Sweet Freedom)
70% dark chocolate (cut up or chips)
Coconut flakes (optional)

Method

In a mixing bowl add all you ingredients and mix until everything is combined.

You can now either roll these up into balls (great for snacking) or pop into a bowl and dig in! Promise I won’t judge you…
