7x7x7 Glute Workout And A Sneak Peak Into…

What a crazy week. Can we all just take a moment to breathe, please? Or, at least for me!!

If you don’t follow me on Instagram (@hannahandfitness) then you’d have missed the post on Thursday morning where I wrote about how I snoozed half way through my back and chest session. I legit full on took a kip for a good 2 minutes then woke myself up in a panic of fright. What on earth, Hannah? Safe to say I am ready for a lay in tomorrow! Anyway, I feel myself digressing (as usual).

This post has two parts (as the title suggests). Firstly, a horrible, horrible workout and secondly, a sneak peak into my newsletter cause if you haven’t already signed up (top right box to the side) then y’ll seriously missing out! This morning I hit a high volume workout that left my shoulders burning (you can catch that workout on Instagram). So I figured I’d treat you all to the same workout style but dedicated to the ever loved booty. I cannot express how important it is to switch your workouts up every now and then and this is the perfect workout to do so.

The workout is called 7x7x7 and I was first introduced to it by Fitness Instgrammer and Youtubber, Sarah Bowmar. The workout itself looks a little like this: 7 exercises, 7 reps, 7 rounds. Now, it may sound easy but, do not be fooled. I repeat, do not be fooled! I am by 100% always struggling by the 3rd/4th round and to think you’ve got another 3 or so rounds to go, well, it’s not pretty – let me tell you that.

You’ll want to choose a weight where you can get through the 7 exercises but you’ll also certainly be struggling to do so. You may need to experiment here a little with what weight to choose. By the end the 7x7x7 workout this morning I practically had to turn the shower on with the tip of my nose. Yup. That’s how it goes.
