Buying Christmas gift’s nowadays can be pretty difficult. So, in my true shopaholic style, I’ve put together the ultimate Christmas gift guide for fitness lover’s to help you out. Don’t worry, your gals’s got you covered. I’ve simply put together a few items that I would recommend myself and a few gift ideas that you’ll find lurking on my own personal Christmas list. Whether you know someone who’s a bit of a fitness head or simply loves living a healthy lifestyle, then this one’s for you! To find more out about the products simply click on their photo’s.
Workout gear
First thing’s first and every fitness goer’s obsession – workout gear! I hate to admit it (ok, no I don’t) but I 100% have more gym clothing than I do everyday clothing. I simply can’t help myself! Leggings: If they’re soft, comfy, squat test proof and camel toe free then I’m in love and you can betcha bottom dollar that they’re coming home with me. Sports bra: If they can support and make my babies look good whilst replicating a sweaty human waterfall, then they’re mine. Vests: If they’re breathable and most importantly, comfortable and don’t show every lump, bump and sweat mark then again, I’ll have them in every colour please. So you get the point. We love our workout gear. Here are a few option’s I have on my list this year/would recommend…
Gymshark – Vital Seamless vest + Sleek aspire leggings
I already have both of these, just in different colours! They are by far one of my favourite and most comfortable gym additions to date (with Bjorn Borg coming in second place – see below). The leggings are great actually as they’re not only super flattering, sweat proof and camel toe free, but they’re so comfortable. The vest – well if you want a vest that’s flattering and pinches you in at all the right places then I’d 100% recommend the seamless vest collection. Although, if you’re not a fan of tight vests, or the person you’re buying for isn’t, then perhaps this one isn’t the best of options! Click on the links below to have a peek.
Bjorn Borg – Bianca Sports Bra + Celeste Leggings
If you follow me on Instagram quite closely then you’ll probably know that recently I’ve become a firm lover of Bjorn Borg. No, I’m not sponsored but dang, I wish I was! Ha. Really I just love the quality of their products and I’m determined to increase my collection with the Bianca sports bra and Celeste leggings below. You can find these on the Excell Sport site by clicking the images.
Reebox – Lux Bold Tights
I mean, can you get any more bold than these Reebox Lux tights? Paired with black trainers and a black vest/bra, I think these would look bomb.
hpe – Impact bra 1.0 + Balance leggings black mesh
I absolutely love mesh leggings so soon as I saw these hpe balance leggings I just had to include them! I also love their Impact bra 1.0 for the ultimate support which I think is essential – whether you need it or not, ladies!
Puma Womens Pulse IGNITE XT VR
By now you’ll have probably realised by obsession with black. I love it and quite frankly you can’t go wrong with it! I’m in need of some more trainers for the gym and I absolutely love the design and style of these Puma trainers. I’ve never gone with Puma before but I’ve heard some pretty good reviews about their stuff. Fingers crossed because they are firmly on my list this year!
Nike Revolution 3 Ladies Trainers
Yes, another pair of black trainers but Nike have always been my number 1 trainer company to go with so I just had to sneak these in too and I’m pretty sure the person your buying for would love these too! At £44.99 from Sports Direct they definitely have a prettier price tag than the Puma’s.
Food goodies
With every fitness lover comes a love for food! Trust me, we do not just eat boring salad’s day in and day out. Below are a few favourites of mine that I’ve previously used or that can be found on my Christmas list this year.
Pip & Nut – Nut jar’s + The Nut Butter Cookbook
I’ve been a huge fan of Pip & Nut for a very long time now. Don’t ask me to pick a favourite nut butter because I can’t! Anyway, it was only right to include them in my gift guide as their products are a firm favourite of not only mine but so many health and fitness goer’s too! Their nut butter cookbook also looks like a good snatch if you want to get a little creative in the kitchen! Let’s all be honest, you can never have enough nut butter, right?
Retro Belgian Waffle Maker
A waffle maker is something that’s been on my mind for a really, really long time and this retro Belgian waffle maker from Find Me A Gift has my name all over it! I absolutely love the colour of it and the reviews are promising too. Pretty please, Santa.
Sukrin
I’ve been using Sukrin’s products for well over a year now and they are a firm staple in my baking necessities. I’m well due a top up so I’ve put below my favourites. You can find them in your local supermarket (I shop at Tesco’s) or grab them by clicking on the images below.
Lean Greens – Super Greens Powder
If like me, your fitness pal likes to squeeze in some green goodness wherever and whenever they can, then I think I’ve got the perfect gift for you…
I first tried Lean Greens Super Greens Powder a few months back at the HBCx Meet Up event in London where I received a sample in my goodie bag. Straight away I used the powder in one of my Summer smoothies and on the first sip (or gulp) I could instantly taste the quality of the powder. The taste is absolutely fine. No screwed up faces, no sniffing and certainly no holding of the noise whilst drinking (which you get a lot with green powders – trust me!). So if your special fitness pal is after some green goodness that not only provides a natural energy boost, contains tons of vitamins and minerals (which helps support training and recovery) but also helps with bloating too… then give these guys a peep!
Fearne by Swan 6 Litre Stand Mixer
I am absolutely in love with this Fearne Stand Mixer by Swan. If the person your buying for this year is a keen baker then perhaps you could spoil them with this beautiful mixer. There’s no doubt that it’ll be an eye-catcher on the kitchen worktop. My old mixer has just about had it so this one is definitely on my list. It has a powerful direct drive 1500W motor and a 6L stainless steel bowl so there’ll be no waiting around in the kitchen with this mixer. You can also grab this in a few other colours too but the white was my favourite!
Tech
Having high tech gadget’s to live a healthy and fit lifestyle is 100% not necessary, however if you know someone whose a little like me and can’t help themselves to a fitness tracker or two, then the below two options would be great!
Apple Watch Nike+
I’ve had my Apple Watch for well over a year now and I am never, ever seen without it. I use it absolutely every single day and I would 100% be lost without it. Whatever your opinions are on fitness trackers, I just bloody love my Apple Watch. End of. Yes, I mainly use it to track my workouts, steps and heart rate but I also use it for messaging, emails and taking calls.
Being a huge Apple fan though, I’ve already got my eye on the latest Apple Watch Nike+ Â so I definitely wouldn’t shy away from putting this on my Christmas list. Although, it is a biggie on the wallet so if you’re after one big present for a special someone then perhaps the Nike Apple Sports Watch is your answer!
Nokia Body+ Scale
Since starting the gym two months ago, I’ve now made it one of my goals to properly start building muscle and tracking my progress effectively. I currently use a top of the notch body scale at my local David Lloyd gym and it literally calculates everything. However, I’d still be really interested in trying out the Nokia Body+ Scale at home. The scale pair’s with your Apple Watch/phone to track either your weight loss progress or your strength gain progress. It’s able to track body fat and water percentages, plus muscle and bone mass readings. It might not be everyone’s cup of tea but right now with my current goals, I’d love this addition to my fitness lifestyle.
Outdoor gear
Skiing, hiking, outdoor walking, or whatever, here are a few outdoor gift idea favourites of mine…
Superdry – Everest Ella Bomber Jacket
I’ve been drooling over this jacket for so long now! Now that I work at home 24/7 I love getting out for a walk every evening with the dog and this would be the perfect addition to keep me nice and toasty. Plus, it would be great for some weekend hikes too.
Keen Footwear – Elsa Boot
If like me, your a fan of outdoor hiking or long, hilly walks then these Elsa boots from Keen would make the perfect Christmas gift. You can grab them in three colours but the brown pair have to be my favourite. Plus, with a fur collar and water resistant PU leather, how can you go wrong?
Dare2be – Women’s Cultivated LUXE Ski Jacket
If you’ve got a skier to buy for then you simply can’t go wrong with a jacket. I’m no skier myself but I absolutely love this LUXE ski jacket below from Dare2be and I’m pretty certain you’d be safe wearing it off the slopes too!
Under Armour –Â Womens ColdGear Reactor 1/2 Zip
Whether they’re a runner, outdoor walker, hiker, or even a skier, this jacket is the ultimate outdoor jacket for the Winter season. I absolutely love the black and white contrast of the design and knowing Under Armour, this will just be an amazing fit and quality. Plus, this jacket has thumb holes! Who doesn’t love thumb holes?! You can grab it from Excell Sport.
Fitness/foodie reads
Last but not least, you really can’t go wrong with a good book. Whether it’s something in depth like the Training for the CrossFit Games or something a little delicious like Clean Eating Alice’s cookbook – your fitness lover will for sure love one of these books below! Personally, my favourites (and already on my list) are The Food Medic, Training for the CrossFit Games and Ross Edgley’s, The World’s Fittest Book (that man is a beast!) Plus, I just had to include a cheeky plug in (classic) for my personal Fitness Diary. It includes a month worth of workouts, my weekly shopping list, food ideas and so much more!

The red jacket is right up my street… Santa? X
You’ve picked some great fitness gifts. Those Puma trainers look fabulous. I do a lot of urban walking so they’d be really supportive and comfortable for that.
I’d love an Apple watch! The Nike trainers are great too, love the styling. I always get new fitness gear in Jan for the new year
I sooo want an Apple watch – more for the pose value than any hardcore fitness goals!
Brilliant ideas here, I’m hoping to get much fitter in January and I need new trainers, I really like the black Puma ones you show here.
All the clothes look so stylish. I’m interested in the book though – clean eating Alice…lets see what Santa brings
